You asked and we listened! Back by popular demand is Mocktails, Cooking & CARES. Let’s get cooking- family-style with Chef Ribilio! Since families are preparing meals more at home, CARES is excited to invite you to join our first family-style virtual cooking experience. Please join us for a 3-course family dinner that feeds four people and a mocktail mix that Chef Robilio will prepare with you while you are in the comfort of your home.

Join us for this 3-course family meal:

• 1st course: Short Program Salad- Romaine, Black olives, tomato, feta cheese, bell pepper, red wine vinaigrette 

• 2nd course: Exhibition Chicken Alfredo- Sautéed chicken, Chef Steven’s homemade Alfredo sauce, Parmesan cheese 

• 3rd course: Twizzle Turn Tiramisu- Kahlua chocolate sauce, whipped cream

• Mocktail Mix: Season Best Shirley Temple

In order to participate, you will need to select either the Amerigo’s pre-packaged meal kit or “shopping menu”. With your choice, you will be able to prepare and cook this delicious three-course meal and mocktails for four. The pre-packaged meal you will pick up from select Amerigo’s and is $88.00. We are also offering a gluten-free option for those who pick up a pre-packaged meal from Amerigo’s.
